Re-Rendered Frame.

Still needs some work and I have to tweak the movement of the new eyebrows to match the texture. But it's looking a lot better just contrasting these to the ones below.

NOTE: That shadow on half of his face is from one of the bars. It's casting the shadow over him.

Time to start Fresh..... ekkkkk

It's kind of late in the semester for this but could not help my self. I wanted something more real. Probably due to Avatar hahaha.

(OLD Version) Opening Scenes of 'The King's Elite'

Opening Scenes of My Short Film from Cristian Camaroschi on Vimeo.

NOTE: I still have to adjust the proper display Gama and colors to display as accurate as possible universally. It looks perfect on my MacBook Pro but I noticed on other LCDs it is either too light, too dark, or on a complete different tint.

More Testing

Just some compositing test I did quick to see were I stand on the look. And a better look at the anatomy with a zbrush turna-round.

Zbrush Pose Test

Just a quick pose test in Zbrush so that I may get the feeling for the character. The "T" pose was getting very boring to stare at. I will have it more worked and fully rendered in Maya soon enough.

Shader/Texture tests W.I.P.

Some more testing. I still have to export the normal map for the belt, and make the textures for it. Still have a lot to go but things are moving relatively well. I also have to tweak the normal map for the cloth folds. Most things will be using a combination of normal and bump mapping and the gladiator will be using displacement for the sake of getting the best results for him.

A few days of work painting textures and playing with mental Ray's SSS Fast Skin to get it to look how I want. NOTE* Textures are still in progress, still have to blend seams. Shader is still in the works. Hope to get it as real looking as possible, but none the less I'm preety happy with this start. Textures are hand painted in photoshop and touched up in Zbrush.
